Numerous foodborne illnesses have occurred in Nebraska during the last year. Most of the reported foodborne illness outbreaks have occurred from supplies eaten yonder from the home. The ServSafe®SuppliesSafety Program is ripened by the National Restaurant Association to write the growing supplies safety concerns of consumers for the supplies service staff that serve them. ServSafe® Manager is a nationally recognized supplies safety training and certification program established by the National Restaurant Association. This training provides the latest science-based information on supplies safety and weightier practices in the industry. This undertow is designed for supplies service managers and supervisory staff in restaurants, hospitals, schools, long-term superintendency facilities and other food-handling establishments.   ServSafe®SuppliesHandler is a vital supplies safety matriculation for entry level supplies service workers.  The matriculation consists of five sections: BasicSuppliesSafety, Personal Hygiene, Cross-Contamination and Allergens, Time and Temperature, and Cleaning and Sanitation. At the end of the matriculation a short test will be given, and you will leave with your certificate. The certification is good in Nebraska for two years.
