We strive for a wastefulness of new ideas and old proven techniques; from rotational grazing and natural fertilization, to letting the pigs harvest their own feed... it's tabbed "hogging down".  We make every effort to provide the weightier quality, weightier tasting pork around. Duroc, Hamps, and the successors known for it's bacon, the Landrace, is the majority of what we raise."
